My name is Lal. I live in a remote village that cannot be accessed by road or vehicles. I must walk all day carrying milk to get to a motorable road to sell the milk. This is how we used to bring in money for those in my family, which numbers 8 individuals. One particularly long day while I was gone my father suddenly died. I came back and he was no more. No development agencies had ever come to our village before HELP. Through the HELP trainings I have learned how to properly raise goats, and to make my soil produce productive crops. I made more money last year because of the abundance of my bean harvest than I have ever made in my life! Even my wife has learned to read and write. Thank God for HELP trainings in our small village – I am telling all of my neighbors about the impact of this organization.
